Shipping time

Gran Canaria: Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. are shipped the same day for next-day delivery via Nacex (24-hour service). Orders after 1:00 p.m. Friday are processed the next business day. If a working day falls on a holiday, the order will be processed and shipped the next available day.

In-Store Pickup: Orders are ready within 2 hours and must be collected the same day. 

Other Canary Islands: Delivery within 24-48 hours via Nacex. Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. ship the same day; those placed after Friday 1:00 p.m. are processed the next business day. If a working day is a holiday, orders will be shipped the next available day.
